Well, the "Merriam Webster's Geographical Dictionary" lists only one in Cherry County, Nebraska pop 2826.

My atlas said that there were Valentines in Arizona, Louisiana, and Texas as well as Nebraska. My guess was that there were more, so I went prospecting online and found Valentines in Arkansas, Indiana, New Jersey, South Carolina, and Montana.

There's also a Loveland in Colorado

In case you wondered, Valentine in Nebraska does play on it's being the only US city of that name:
