SANTA LUCIA IS THE SONG.

Where she's a pregnant photographer who has a miscarriage and isolates herself from her husband who then proceeds to have a one night stand with her best friend. Great stuff. My favorite part is when he sings Santa Lucia at a family gathering, that song gets me every time.
