It's in the Central time zone.

It is most deffinitely Eastern Time. The entire state of Florida is Eastern.

PCB is in CENTRAL time zone. The yellow line on the map in my reference (mapquest) divides the time zones. The majority of the "Panhandle" is Central.

Talk about too much time on my hands. I called the Mayors office as listed on the Panama City web page and the aide told me that it was 10:59 AM central time there. I called at 11:59 Eastern.
