According to the medical section on Answers.com the term parasite can be used in the following context;

Parasite

In conjoined twins, the usually incomplete twin that derives its support from the more nearly normal fetus.

The only other mammal that lives as a parasite, to my knowledge, is my sister-in-law!

The vampire bat, which feeds on the blood of other mammals (like cows), is the only parasitic mammal.
