"Happy Birthday to You" by the crew of Apollo IX on March 8, 1969, perhaps qualifying as the first song sung in space.

Then again, the first human manifestation of song emanating from space might have been Yuri Gagarin's whistling effort in 1961. I don't know the tune, and I'm skeptical of Soviet claims on this subject -- but one never knows ....
