Bala Lake is the largest in Wales, though it doesn't specifically mention depth.

I have North Wales covered:
Llyn Cowlyd (from "Cawlwyd") is the deepest lake in North Wales, and lies at 1164 feet above sea level on the edge of the Carneddau range of mountains.

This site says that Lyn Cowlyd is the deepest lake in Wales at 222ft but it is actually a reservoir.
