The IMDB Database lists Marilyn Monroe's last complete film as "The Misfits" (Marilyn Monroe died before the completion of "Something's Got to Give").

The same site seems to list as Monroe's last line in the movie "How do you find your way back in the dark?", which is answered by Clark Gable with "Just head for that big star straight on. The highway's under it. It'll take us right home. " (His own last line on screen).

This is put out by the IMDB itself and is reliable.

Listing of quote: link http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0055184/quotes

This is user submitted, so may be more suspect
