Steve Martin I would assume also holds that privilege since he is an Honorary Cast Member. Here is a list of other Honorary Cast Members, both Baldwin and Walken are on this list too.

Eddie Murphy, Bill Muary, Robin Williams, Dave Chapel, Jim Carrey, and others I'm sure could host SNL merely by requesting it. They would guarentee such high ratings by making an apperance that nobody would think of stopping them.
