If a rugby player comes on in an international match as a blood replacement, he doesn't win an international cap. What happens if he scores a try as a blood replacement, without coming on as a full substitute later in the match, and never plays for his country again? Does he have 1 try in 0 caps for his country?

just asked my brother- the fount of all Rugby knowledge and he said that this has not ever happened so no precedent has yet to be set but it could quite possible be 1 try- 0 caps!
