Crickee in Mulan or Pegasus in Hercules all I do know is that Bambi is the movie with the fewset lines throughout the entire movie but I know that was not the question.

Sleeping Beauty's Princess Aurora is the answer!
Second only to Dumbo (who didn't speak at all), this Disney title character has very few lines of actual dialogue throughout the entire film. In fact, Aurora says nothing at all in the film's second half, even after being awakened from the sleeping spell. http://www.answers.com/topic/sleeping-beauty-wordnet
