Several players have played all nine positions during a major league season. Cesar Tovar and Bert Campaneris were two players who played all nine positions in a single game.

There are actually three players that did this:
Bert Campaneris (Kansas City Athletics Sept 9, 1965)
Cesar Tovar (Minnesota Twins Sept 22, 1968)
Scott Sheldon (Texas Rangers Sept 6, 2000)
