All gently, sweet one.

I can't find the phrase, but it appears this way from the French/English dictionary online.

I see it as, "Very softly, my friend."

Mon ami, being "my friend" and doucement being the adjective "quietly or gently, or softly."

Flem-ish, you are close to the answer that I had in mind. "All gently, my friend" is a straight translation.

Word for word it means "All gently, my friend," but you would use "Tout doucement, mon ami!" in French as you would "Slow down, my friend" in English.
