There's Doug Heffernan played by Kevin James.

Danny Heffernan played by Gary Valentine.

Joe Heffernan played by Dakin Matthews. (I believe that this was Doug's dad.)

Was there another brother?

Kevin Jemes played Doug Heffernan. James' real brother, Gary Valentine, played Doug's cousin Danny Heffernan. Dakin Matthews played Doug's father. There is no one listed as playing Doug's brother.

It's unlikely he has a brother, because in the two episodes Danny's father (Doug's Uncle Stu, played by Gavin Macleod) appears, he treats Doug as the "preferred son." If there is a brother, he is only talked about, and never appears in the show.
