'Joey Ramone Place', East Village (outside CBGBs) is officially NYC's most often stolen street-sign in 2010, coming in ahead of Broadway and Wall Street.

The big "Steal This Sign" sign at 14th and Broadway.

Without a solid source though (sigh) the claim is made in several places that it is "Hooker Place."
