It was scored here in Sydney on 4th July 1992, by Inga Tuigamala (aka Va'aigi Tuigamala), for the NZ All Blacks vs. Australia. The match was played at the Sydney Football Stadium (subsequently renamed Aussie Stadium):

Ah, I remember Inga The Winger. My own team, Leicester Tigers, have their own version, Alesana Tuilagi.
