I don't think so. I've Googled her with the words "Vanessa Lengies" and "family," and also looked her up on Wikipedia, but she doesn't appear to have any.
What has been found is that she has a mother who is Egyptian, and a German father.
But so far, nothing mentioned about any siblings. I assume (although wouldn't go so far as to call it fact) that she has no siblings.
