Tolstoy himself never wrote a sequel to War and Peace and I couldn't find any information on any other author writing a true sequel with the same characters as the original. Some sites claim "Pierre and Natasha" by Staroy was a planned sequel to War and Peace and appear to claim "Life and Fate" by Vasili Grossman is a semi-sequel of sorts to War and Peace.
