I've seen pictures of him holding a guitar, but never heard whether he could play or not. Hmmm.

Tambourine, and Ive seen him live with a guitar ..weather he was paying it I dont know.Looked like he was playing some simple chords.

Cool. If he does play, I'm guessing it's nothing too skilled. Probably why we've never heard him profess to being a guitar player :)

He sometimes played harmonica and very occasionally the bass.

I was fortunate enough to have seen Led Zeppelin at their pinnacle in 1977. During The Battle of Evermore the members all assembled on four stools and played acoustics.

According to ask the experts on about.com; he plays acoustic guitar on Battle of Evermore. He also played guitar on Boogie With Stu.
I've seen him play piano.
On Youtube; If still available; there's a video of Robert playing lead guitar on Anniversary song.
