Technically, each phase of the moon lasts only a brief instant. But to our eyes a full moon can last for a few days. It looks full for about 3 days.

For Wiccans the period of the Full Moon lasts from about 3 days before to 3 days after the actual full moon.

Well, technically speaking the Moon is never seen as entirely full, except in the instance of a total lunar eclipse. There are about 5 nights in each month when all six Apollo landing sites are clearly visible from Earth.
