The Beatles were made "Members of the British Empire" by Queen Elizabeth II of England in the 60's. The Queen is one of the highest Illuminati members on this planet. If the Beatles were so "rebellious" and against the system as John Lennon always said they were, how come the Queen accepted them? Quite recently Paul McCartney was knighted as well. Elton John is another example of a number of artists and actors who have been knighted. The ONLY ones being knighted by the Queen of England are those who have served the Illuminati Agenda well. Things are not what they seem to be. We have been severely tampered with and extremely deceived.

Cliff is Sir Cliff. Geldof is a knight but not a sir. As a non-Brit (or other country where Liz is Queen), he can be knighted but may not use the title Sir. (Don't ask...) Lilbuggie's site is a rather eccentric one belonging to one of the conspiracy theory groups. Personally, I haven't been tampered with or deceived.

By the way, despite his more recent stuff, Cliff was a rock'n'roller at first. (Sang flat even then.)

From the list of "Knighted Celebrities" we have:

Bono (Paul David Hewson) (KBE 2007)
Bob Geldof (KBE 1986)
Tom Jones (KBE 2006) -- NON-Rock
George Martin (KBE 1996)
Paul McCartney (MBE 1965, KBE 1997)
Cliff Richard (OBE 1980 KBE 1995)

The above are just from the Celebrity list.

The four Beatles are listed on: Members of the Order of the British Empire (See McCartney above).

Only the two highest ranks (GBE and KBE) entail admission into knighthood, an honour allowing the recipient to use the title 'Sir' (male) or 'Dame' (female) before their name, so long as that person is a national of a realm where the Queen is Head of State.

The following link lists the different people who have been so honored:

Knight Bachelor
Knights Grand Cross of the Order of the British Empire
Knights Commander of the Order of the British Empire
Dames Grand Cross of the Order of the British Empire
Dames Commander of the Order of the British Empire
Commanders of the Order of the British Empire
Officers of the Order of the British Empire
Members of the Order of the British Empire
British honours system
United Kingdom order of precedence
Celebrities who have been awarded the Order of the British Empire
