In episode #15 from Season 2, entitled "I am Peter, Hear Me Roar":
"By the time he returns home, he has become very effeminate, prompting Chris to cry, “Oh my god, Dad’s a chick!” At first, Lois appreciates Peter’s new sensitive nature, but soon tires of it. In desperation, she asks Peter’s friends for help. His friends try in vain to bring him back to normal like bringing him among his "fellow man", but Peter publicly announces to all African-Americans that they are the reason why there are wars, inciting them to chase him through the streets."
It's also worth noting that Peter's chastising of the crowd (part of the Million Man March) is meant to be ironic-- his diatribe isn't made because he's racist but rather because he is sexist (due to the circumstances set by the premise of the episode.)
