Dairy cows eat 90 pounds of food each day, and drink a bathtub full of water. A cow spends 6 hours each day eating and 8 hours chewing her cud. A first digestive compartment called the rumen holds up to 50 gallons of partially digested food, which the cow regurgitates to chew. Mooooooooooooooo!

Fifty gallons is 6.6 cubic feet. Sounds a bit exaggerated.

The 2007 Nissan Sentra has a Trunk (Boot) volume of 13.1 Cubic Feet........

Apparently, you've never dated a dairy cow...

RUMEN A cow can pack away more than 160 liters (40 gallons) of food and water in its rumen, or first stomach chamber.
