Marvin & Johnny was the stage name of a 1950s doo-wop duo which featured Marvin Phillips (born October 23, 1931 and Emory "Johnny" Perry (born March 1, 1928) who were behind the classic early doo-wop single entitled "Cherry Pie". "Cherry Pie" was recorded in 1954.
