Sorry, but no, that is not the song - I've sampled "Flick that Thing" on Amazon.com and that is not the song. This song has a mambo sound and is entirely instrumental. It was also heard briefly in a scene in the Season 2 finale of Dexter this weekend...

Okay, so I found it - it's called "Perfidia" by Mambo All-Stars - it can't be purchased singly, only by spending 10 bucks on the entire Dexter Season 1 soundtrack.
