Will hot salty water cool down as fast as hot clean water?

It depends on what temperature "hot" is, how much salt is present in how much water. Salt raises the boiling point of water, so theoretically you could get the salty water hotter than the clean water and therefore, all other parameters being equal, it should take a bit longer to cool down.
