The episode is "Dead or Alive".

And as soon as it's on screen we hear the first pounding rhythm of the song: "DON'T MESS AROUND WITH JIM." As the opening lyrics begin we start our pull back and up, revealing this plate is wired to the front end of a sixty-eight baby-blue Cadillac convertible, it's ragtop down.
