Malachi chapter 4, verse 6 "And he will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the land with a curse."

In the original Hebrew: "Elohav 'imo v'ya'al." This translates roughly as: "[the Lord] his God be with him, and let him ascend [to the Land of Israel]." Found in Chronicles 36:23.
